Which format would be more suitable for me, online or in-person sessions?
Why are consecutive sessions the most recommended training method?
Consecutive sessions allow the trainer ample time to observe patients, tailor individualized training plans, and facilitate the formation of crucial short-term neural connections, laying the foundation for independent practice. Moreover, these sessions delve into the intricacies of dystonia, empowering patients with a comprehensive understanding of the rehabilitation process and enabling them to design suitable exercises for themselves.
Why can't I directly select consecutive time slots for my sessions on the calendar?
Why are follow-up sessions crucial?
Under what circumstances is follow-up training necessary?
Follow-up sessions can be scheduled when you experience an increase in symptoms, a plateau in progress, or when previous exercises have become routine and you require new challenges.
What is covered in the initial consultation session?
The initial consultation will include a thorough evaluation of symptoms and functional limitations. Based on this assessment, appropriate rehabilitation recommendations will be provided. Please note that a formal diagnosis of dystonia will be made by a neurologist.
